Job summary

Worklinq UK Ltd. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead IT implementation projects across the Nordics and the UK. You will coordinate consultants and internal delivery teams to ensure on-time delivery, within budget, and high customer satisfaction.

The role emphasizes hands-on project execution, structured follow-up, and proactive risk management to maintain momentum across multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Has at least 5 years of experience managing IT implementation projects.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to agreed scope.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and following through on commitments.
• Solid technical understanding and the ability to discuss solution design and implementation details.
• Experience working in international project environments.

Responsibilities

• Managing customer implementation and upgrade projects from initiation to go-live.
• Creating, maintaining, and driving project plans, milestones, budgets, and deliverables.
• Following up on project activities, actions, risks, and dependencies across customers and internal teams.
• Ensuring alignment between consultants, technical specialists, support teams, and customers.
• Managing customer expectations and ensuring effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identifying and mitigating risks early to maintain project momentum and successful outcomes.
• Maintaining detailed oversight of project scope, typically managed through Jira, Excel, and other project tracking tools.
