• Experience shaping digital agendas across diverse regions and functions.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute global IT and digitalization strategy.
• Translate strategic ambitions into roadmaps for digitalization, AI, automation and data.
• Lead and develop the global IT organization (approx. 25 employees).
• Drive digital transformation and position IT as a strategic business partner.
• Build relationships with stakeholders across functions, regions and subsidiaries.
• Drive standardisation of systems, processes and data across the group.
• Ensure secure, stable and efficient global IT operations.
• Prioritise technology investments to support future growth and competitiveness.
