Job summary

Ørsted is seeking a skilled Insurance professional to manage local Danish insurance arrangements and coordinate global employee-related programmes for international assignments and business travel.

You will handle renewals, tenders and enquiries while working with colleagues, insurers, and brokers. The role involves collaboration on technology tasks and ongoing improvements to the insurance management system, with a focus on quality and careful stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in corporate insurance, insurance broking, or related risk roles.
• Understanding of employee-related insurance programmes and property insurance interests.
• Ability to manage renewals, tenders, enquiries, documentation and multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage local Danish insurance arrangements, including motor, workers’ compensation and accident insurance.
• Coordinate global employee-related insurance programmes for international assignments and business travel.
• Handle daily enquiries, annual renewals and tender activities with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support insurance activities for power generation, pipeline, and storage operations and communicate with the business.
• Coordinate insurance-related technology tasks and contribute to the insurance management system implementation and improvements.
• Lead or contribute to Insurance projects, prepare documents and presentations, maintain admin controls.
