Job summary

Monjasa is seeking a Group Controller to join the group controlling team in Fredericia, Denmark. You will coordinate monthly internal financial statements, budgets and year-end external statements, and validate figures across group entities in close collaboration with finance teams worldwide.

Based in Fredericia, you will report to the Group Finance Director, with 5–10 travel days a year and flexible work-from-home options.

Qualifications

• Cand.merc.aud or HD-R with at least three years of audit experience.
• Knowledge of IFRS and Danish accounting requirements.
• Strong skills in Excel, ERP, consolidation and BI tools; fluent in Danish and English.

Responsibilities

• Control and review Danish entities across multiple industries.
• Prepare internal reporting to management and the Board of Directors.
• Assist group annual report and year-end processes.
• Develop and maintain group-controlling processes and liaise with stakeholders.
• Support group accounting team as sparring partner and analyse performance.
• Prepare audit material and assist with consolidated figures and group tax returns.
