Job summary

Flexport is looking for a Global Operations Associate in Denmark to ensure on-time shipments, proactively handle exceptions, and deliver a first-class client experience. You will work to meet internal KPIs and SLAs while following SOPs and improving processes.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in logistics/forwarding, strong Danish and English communication, and a customer-centric mindset. The role requires collaborating with carriers, vendors, and internal teams across a regional network.

Qualifications

• BA/BS Degree or forwarding training required.
• 2+ years of experience in operations, logistics or freight forwarding.
• Strong communication and multilingual abilities (Danish + English).

Responsibilities

• Be the frontline to ensure on-time shipments and high-quality service.
• Manage KPIs and SLAs, prioritise tasks and deliver reliably.
• Follow SOPs and flag improvement opportunities.
