Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in financial controlling/FP&A.
• University degree in Finance or related field.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into insights.
• Problem-solver who delivers quickly with quality.
• Team player who collaborates effectively.

Responsibilities

• Play a key role in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial planning and closing processes
• Prepare management reports for local leadership
• Support cost analysis and decision-making for CE&L
• Review performance vs budget, latest estimates, and prior year
• Prepare ad hoc financial reports
• Enhance existing reports and develop new analytical tools
