Job summary

Danfoss invites applications for its Global Finance Postgraduate Program in Nordborg, Denmark. This two-year, on-site program offers three 8-month rotations across core Finance functions, with exposure to global teams and cross-functional projects.

You will start at Nordborg or Graasten and may rotate to regions including the USA, Asia or Europe, building a broad financial toolkit and strategic acumen for future roles within Danfoss.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Finance/Accounting or related field, graduating in 2026 or 2027.
• Recently graduated, with a maximum of two years of full-time professional work experience after graduation.
• Communicate confidently in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience from an internship or student project.

Responsibilities

• Solve real business challenges across the Finance functions in both business and corporate functions.
• Collaborate with experts and peers from all over the world.
• Lead projects that improve performance and sustainability.
• Learn quickly, challenge the status quo, and shape the future of Danfoss.
