Grundfos is seeking a Senior Finance Director for Water Treatment to lead the finance function during a major growth and transformation journey. You will guide financial integration of acquisitions, drive a unified operating model, and build scalable processes across regions.

Based in Denmark with hybrid work, this role partners with senior leaders to improve performance, forecasting, governance and control.

As Senior Director Finance, Water Treatment, you will be the finance leader supporting one of Grundfos’ most important growth and transformation journeys. Water Treatment is a rapidly growing business of approximately 3 billion DKK net sales, with more than 1,500 colleagues globally, and plays a key role in delivering Grundfos’ strategic growth ambitions.

Following recent acquisitions and continued growth ambitions, you will lead the financial integration of acquired businesses, drive the transition to a unified operating model, and help build a scalable platform for future growth. This is a role for a leader who thrives in complexity, can create clarity during change, and knows how to turn transformation into business results.

What you will do
