Job summary

Teradyne Robotics in Odense seeks an experienced Finance Manager/Controller to lead financial reporting and controlling for international units. You will contribute to monthly, quarterly, and annual closes, drive consolidation and external reporting, and support audits and transfer pricing with external advisors.

The role offers opportunities to optimize internal processes, manage cash flow models, and engage in ESG/ERP projects within a global technology company.

Qualifications

• Master's or HD level financial education.
• Minimum 5 years in a similar role, with auditing background and international group experience.
• Strong competencies in controlling, consolidation, and tax matters.
• Advanced Excel; experience with Dynamics AX and Power BI preferred.
• Structured, analytical, proactive, able to work independently and across teams.
• Fluent in Danish and English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial reporting and controlling for specific business units, including reconciliation, compliance, and analysis of reporting packages.
• Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing tasks; responsible for internal group reporting, consolidation, and external reporting.
• Coordinate audits and ensure documentation for internal and external audits.
• Handle transfer pricing documentation and tax tasks with external advisors.
• Continuously optimize and establish internal processes; manage cash flow and build cash flow models.
• Participate in cross-functional projects (ESG and ERP initiatives).
