Job summary

Ascendis Pharma, headquartered in Hellerup, Denmark, seeks a System Manager to own the technical solutions for Drug Safety AE intake and signal detection. You will be the technical expert configuring and maintaining our SaaS intake and signal detection systems.

Collaborating with Automation, Integration, AI and Analytics teams, you will ensure systems are validated, inspection-ready and deliver an excellent end-user experience for Drug Safety professionals.

Qualifications

Master’s degree or higher in engineering or a related technical field.
Solid experience with pharma drug safety systems.
Experience with SaaS vendor management and validation.

Responsibilities

Be the technical expert of intake and signal detection solutions for Drug Safety.
Translate business needs into SaaS configuration specifications.
Implement configurations or work with vendors to implement them.
Ensure systems are validated and inspection-ready.
Prepare and present system documentation during audits and inspections.
Oversee system support and act as escalation point for tickets.
Maintain oversight over vendors and manage relationships.
