Qualifications

Advanced degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
10+ years in Medical Affairs or related pharmaceutical areas.
Proven global stakeholder or partnership strategy experience.
Experience engaging senior external experts with credibility and ethics.
Leadership of cross-functional initiatives, governance, budgets and change.

Responsibilities

Own the global strategy and operating model for medical association partnerships and KOL engagement.
Set long-term strategy, prioritisation and multi-year planning for partnerships.
Build governance and funding structures with clear ownership across regions.
Define measures of quality, impact and organisational learning.
Drive data-driven insights and responsible AI to improve engagement.
