Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role focusing on business-facing digitalization.
• Experience implementing ERP systems and tools and creating digital roadmaps in large global companies.
• Strong ability to engage effectively with development and architecture teams.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement the business unit digital roadmap.
• Translate business needs into clear digital demands.
• Interface between business stakeholders, product owners and technical delivery teams.
• Assess solution options, define scope, secure resources and execution.
• Manage multiple digital initiatives, dependencies, risks and stakeholders in parallel.
• Support digital roadmaps and lead integration of technologies into the One Product Platform and wider system landscape.
• Lead digital initiatives from demand specification through implementation, deployment and adoption.
• Own lifecycle management of business-critical digital solutions.
• Establish structure, governance and transparency across the digital portfolio.
