Job summary

Alfa Laval in Denmark is seeking a Digital Enterprise Manager to shape how business needs translate into practical digital solutions. You will connect business units with technical delivery teams, guiding implementations, migrations, and adoption across the One Product Platform.

You will manage a broad portfolio of digital initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams and leading efforts from demand specification to deployment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role and business-facing digitalization.
• Experience implementing ERP systems and tools, and creating digital roadmaps.
• Strong technical understanding to engage with development and architecture teams.
• Proven project and stakeholder management experience.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement our business unit digital roadmap.
• Translate business needs into clear digital demands.
• Interface between business stakeholders, product owners and technical delivery teams.
• Assess solution options, define scope, secure resources and execution.
• Manage multiple digital initiatives, dependencies, risks and stakeholders.
• Support digital roadmaps and lead integration of technologies into One Product Platform and wider landscape.
• Create and lead digital initiatives from demand specification through implementation, deployment and adoption.
• Own lifecycle management of business-critical digital solutions and establish governance across the portfolio.
