Demant Group is seeking a Senior Director of Digital Marketing for Hearing Aids to lead a global digital marketing organization and drive commercial growth. The role centers on shaping digital strategy, aligning with Brand Management, Sales, and markets to deliver customer-centric execution.

You will oversee about 30 specialists in Smørum and Warsaw, with emphasis on demand generation, marketing automation, web excellence, and analytics.

Competenze

• 10+ years of digital marketing experience, including senior leadership roles.
• Experience in international B2B or B2B2C with multiple markets and global/local operating model.
• Proven track record of leading sizeable teams across demand generation, marketing automation, web, performance marketing or related areas.
• Proven ability to drive measurable commercial impact through digital marketing.
• Strong stakeholder management across Marketing, Sales, technology and markets.
• Analytical, data-driven mindset with curiosity about AI and emerging technologies.

Mansioni

• Lead and develop the global Digital Marketing organization (approx. 30 specialists).
• Drive digital demand generation and customer journey activation across markets.
• Turn data and analytics into actionable recommendations; leverage automation and AI to improve relevance and productivity.
• Develop web, digital experience and performance management excellence; measure commercial contribution and ROI.
