Job summary

Lundbeck in Copenhagen is seeking a student assistant to join the Global Customer Experience team. You will support Content and Campaign Strategy and Operations, helping with administrative tasks, project support, and cross-market workflows to enable strong, consistent customer experiences.

You'll work closely with the Senior Campaign Performance Lead, gain exposure to AI-assisted workflows, and contribute to documenting processes.

Qualifications

• Studying Business, Marketing, Data Analytics or related field; final bachelor year or master’s program.
• Strong attention to detail and a structured way of working.
• Good coordination and planning skills.
• Interest in new tools; experience with project management tools (e.g. Asana) is a plus.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience from a corporate environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Keep team tools and automated workflows running smoothly — spot issues early and flag to the right person.
• Drive coordination across the team and stakeholders — keep meetings, actions, and follow-ups on track.
• Help document work processes, so stakeholders can get up to speed.
• Get hands-on exposure to AI-assisted ways of working.
