Job description

Student Assistant - Global Customer Experience (GCX)

Are you interested in customer engagement and customer experience, and curious how global organizations approach digital engagement enablement? You could be our next student assistant in the Global Customer Experience team, where you will gain hands‑on experience supporting projects, systems, tools and workflows across markets.

Your new role

As our new student assistant, you will support the Content and Campaign Strategy and Operations, Global Customer Experience (GCX) team - a strategic commercial function that enables our markets to deliver strong and consistent customer experiences.

Your tasks will be varied and include both administrative and ad hoc support as well as contributions to ongoing projects. You will work closely with our Senior Campaign Performance Lead and support other team members of the Content & Campaign Strategy and Operations team.

  • Keeping our team's tools and automated workflows running smoothly - spotting issues early and flagging them to the right person.
  • Driving coordination across the team and our stakeholders - keeping meetings, actions, and follow-ups on track.
  • Helping document our work processes, so it's easier for stakeholders to get up to speed.
  • Getting hands‑on exposure to how we build and test new AI-assisted ways of working.
Your future team

You’ll join our CCSO team within Global Customer Experience - part of our commercial organization, working closely with digital enablement across brand and medical teams. You will join a collaborative and international team that values structure, openness, and strong communication.

We work closely together and support each other in balancing strategic priorities with day‑to‑day execution. The atmosphere is informal, and we value curiosity and a willingness to learn. As a student assistant, you will be included as a natural part of the team and given responsibility suited to your experience.

The position is based in Copenhagen, Denmark.

What you bring to the team

We're looking for someone studying Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field, and currently in the final stage of your bachelor's degree or enrolled in a master's program.

You also bring:

  • Strong attention to detail and a structured way of working
  • Good coordination and planning skills
  • An interest in picking up new tools - prior experience with project management tools (e.g. Asana) is a plus, but not required
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Experience from a corporate environment is a plus

As a person, you're structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing several small workstreams at once. You're proactive and not afraid to flag when something looks off, and you're genuinely curious about how AI-assisted tools and automations can make a team's day‑to‑day work easier.
