Job summary

Lundbeck A/S is seeking a student assistant for the Global Customer Experience (GCX) team, based in Copenhagen. You will support content and campaign strategy, manage admin tasks, and contribute to ongoing projects in a collaborative, international environment.

Ideal candidates study Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related fields and are in the final year of their bachelor’s or enrolled in a master's program, with strong English skills and an interest in AI-enabled workflows.

Qualifications

• Studying Business, Marketing, Data Analytics or related field; final bachelor year or master’s student.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Experience in a corporate environment is a plus.
• Interest in AI-assisted tools and new ways of working.

Responsibilities

• Support Content and Campaign Strategy and Operations in GCX.
• Keep team tools and automated workflows running smoothly and flag issues.
• Coordinate across team and stakeholders; track meetings, actions and follow-ups.
• Help document work processes to speed onboarding for stakeholders.
• Gain hands-on exposure to AI-assisted tools and workflows.
