Job summary

GN Group is seeking a Compliance Associate at GN Hearing in Denmark to coordinate product registration compliance and documentation across 90+ markets. You will maintain compliance lists, ensure accurate records, and support customer care with certificate updates on e-commerce platforms.

You will report to the Head of Product Management, International Sales, with a hybrid work setup. The role requires a Bachelor-level education and administrative experience with customer contact; English

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level education or similar.
• Experience in an administrative role with customer contact; exposure to medical device quality is beneficial.
• Clear English communication; Danish helpful.

Responsibilities

• Oversee compliance-related activities, including maintenance of compliance lists and archives.
• Ensure all documentation and evidence are accurate and up to date.
• Provide support to customer care and manage updates to certificates and documentation on e-commerce platforms.
• Notify partners by email regarding expiration of registration certificates.
