Job summary

GN Group is seeking a Compliance Associate for our HQ in Ballerup, Denmark. You will coordinate product registration compliance and documentation for GN Hearing across markets and help release products when requirements are met.

The role is associate-level, reporting to the Head of Product Management, International Sales. You will organize diverse documents and collaborate across cultures while supporting customers and partners.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor level education required or equivalent.
  • Experience in administrative roles with customer contact.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Clear English communication; Danish advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee compliance-related activities including maintenance of compliance lists and archives.
  • Ensure all documentation and evidence are accurate and up to date.
  • Provide support to customer care and manage updates to certificates and documentation on e-commerce platforms.

Help bring better hearing to people worldwide by coordinating product registration compliance and documentation for our hearing aids and accessories across 90+ markets. And would you like to develop your skills in a globally recognized innovator in audio, video, gaming, and hearing solutions? Then you might be our new colleague. In the role as Compliance Associate at GN Hearing, a part of GN, you will help ensure approvals and documentation are in place for Global Partner Sales and release products once requirements are met.

The team you will be part of at our global HQ in Ballerup, Denmark, is the International Sales Product Team and you will report to Head of Product Management, International Sales, Mariana Roslyng-Jensen. This is a new, associate-level individual contributor role where you will help organize our function and take on varied cases as we continue to refine our ways of working. Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:

  • Oversee compliance-related activities, including the maintenance of compliance lists and archives.
  • Ensure all documentation and evidence are accurate and up to date.
  • Provide support to customer care and manage updates to certificates and documentation on e-commerce platforms.
  • Notify partners via email regarding the expiration of registration certificates.

To perform well in the role, we imagine that you:

  • Have a relevant higher educational background at Bachelor level or similar.
  • Bring experience from an administrative role with customer contact; exposure to medical device quality or homologation will be beneficial.
  • Are structured, organized, and detail-oriented, coordinating multiple documents and activities.
  • Communicate clearly in English; Danish will be beneficial.
  • Collaborate across cultures; plan and align; manage complexity; communicate effectively.
