Job summary

James Lind Care in Copenhagen seeks an experienced Project Manager to drive multi-country enrolment projects for our pharma clients. You will develop project strategy with the leadership team, coordinate site engagement, sponsor contact, and line-manage a team of research nurses and community specialists.

The role requires strong GCP knowledge, GDPR awareness, and fluent English. You will report to the Project Director and COO, contributing to our expanding patient recruitment capabilities

Qualifications

• Academic qualifications at bachelor, master or PhD level or a research nurse or equivalent degree within health sciences.
• GCP knowledge and basic GDPR understanding.
• Fluent in English with strong written and oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Prepare project strategy in collaboration with leadership; develop and execute project plans.
• Establish trustful client relationships and lead CRAs across all countries.
• Set up and engage the JLC team of national research nurses and community specialists.
• Coordinate Ethics Committee submissions with regulatory lead.
• Support nurses with qualification and patient guidance.
• Monitor progress, report status and mitigate deviations with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with sites and supervise flow of referred patients.
• Provide monthly reporting and sponsor/CRO communications.
