Job summary

Genmab in Copenhagen seeks a Senior Clinical Trial Manager (CTM) to drive the success of our global clinical studies with strategic oversight and cross-functional collaboration. You will partner with Clinical Trial Teams, CROs, and investigators to ensure studies are executed on time, within budget, and in full regulatory compliance.

With 8+ years in clinical trial management and oncology experience, you will lead in a dynamic, matrixed environment and mentor others.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• 8+ years of experience in clinical trial management within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
• Solid understanding of ICH/GCP regulations and the clinical drug development lifecycle.
• Proven experience managing global, multi‑center trials and working in a complex, matrixed organization.
• Strong project management and service provider oversight skills.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• Oncology and/or therapeutic area‑specific experience is highly desirable.
• Ability to lead without authority and mentor others in a cross‑functional environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead global clinical trials' planning, setup, and execution on time and in quality.
• Oversee trial documentation, ensuring accuracy and inspection readiness.
• Drive site feasibility, selection, and activation with CROs and stakeholders.
• Manage CROs and service providers to ensure delays are avoided.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks with risk management.
• Oversee protocol deviations and issue management with escalation.
• Monitor trial performance and data quality using key metrics.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration across teams, vendors, and investigators.
