Maersk is seeking a Freight Forwarder Project Manager (Aid & Relief) to join our Project Logistics team in Aarhus or Copenhagen, Denmark. You will manage complex international transport projects, coordinate across air, sea and road, and build a new team around a strategic customer win.

You will engage with global stakeholders, design tailored logistics solutions, and drive project execution to deliver exceptional service for mission-critical supply chains.

Qualifications

• Experience in Aid & Relief projects or similar contexts.
• Proven track record in managing complex logistics projects.
• Ability to coordinate across global cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with customers and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end logistics projects for Aid & Relief clients.
• Coordinate transport across ocean, air, and land modes.
• Capture requirements to develop tailored logistics solutions.
• Support planning, costing, pricing and proposal development.
• Lead project execution to meet customer requirements.
• Create and optimize workflows for critical operations.
• Manage smaller tender processes and secure competitive solutions.
• Conduct site visits to gather insights for execution.
• Develop innovative logistics concepts and value-added services.
• Collaborate with global Maersk teams.
