Job summary

Maersk in Aarhus or Copenhagen, Denmark, seeks a Freight Forwarder – Customer Solution Associate for Aid, Relief to join Project Logistics. You will manage complex international shipments and design solutions across air, sea and road, coordinating a new team around a key customer win.

You will liaise with global stakeholders and apply end-to-end project management to deliver compliant, cost-effective transport solutions in a dynamic, multinational environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Aid/Relief logistics and freight forwarding.
• Strong project management skills with a track record of delivery.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end logistics projects for Aid, Relief customers.
• Coordinate transport across ocean, air, and land.
• Capture project requirements to tailor logistics solutions.
• Support planning, costing, pricing, and proposals.
• Lead project execution to meet customer needs.
• Create optimized process flows for critical activities.
• Contribute to smaller tender processes and help secure competitive solutions.
• Conduct site visits and engage local stakeholders.
• Develop innovative logistics concepts and value-added services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Maersk network.
