Job summary

Maersk Project Logistics seeks an experienced Freight Forwarder Project Manager for Aid & Relief to join the team in Aarhus or Copenhagen. You will manage complex international transport projects, coordinating quoting, design, and execution across air, sea and road to deliver mission-critical supply chains.

You will build a new team for a new customer win, engaging with global stakeholders and developing innovative logistics concepts to create value for the client.

Qualifications

• Experience in Aid & Relief business.
• Proven freight forwarding, shipping, logistics or related experience.
• Strong project management with a track record of delivering complex projects.
• Commercial awareness and ability to create customer-focused solutions.
• Excellent relationship-building with customers, suppliers and internal teams.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work across global teams.
• Strong organizational skills and composure under pressure.
• Excellent English communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end logistics projects for Aid & Relief customers.
• Coordinate transport across ocean, air, and land.
• Capture and analyse project requirements for tailored solutions.
• Support planning, costing, pricing and proposals.
• Lead project execution to meet customer requirements.
• Create and optimize process flows for critical activities.
• Manage smaller tender processes for competitive solutions.
• Perform site visits and engage local stakeholders for execution.
• Develop innovative logistics concepts and value-added services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Maersk network.
