Job summary

DSV – Global transport and logistics is seeking a Security Manager for Cross Divisional Strategic Accounts to lead security management across Air & Sea, Road and Contract Logistics for our key global customers. You will be the ambassador for security and quality, ensuring alignment between operations and clients to deliver service excellence.

Qualifications

Strong background in security and customer-focused business enablement.
Experience with security compliance and process optimization.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

Ensure global adherence to customer specific security requirements, KPIs, SOPs and processes
Drive collaboration across stakeholders on customer requirements and troubleshoot issues
Monitor security performance
Act as the primary security contact for the customer
Drive security optimization and propose security improvements
Being the Customer advocate by raising awareness of customer’s needs and ensuring that these met
Motivate and engage with the internal team by creating an open environment and encouraging discussions about security issues and opportunities
Advocate for fact-based thinking and decision-making
