Danish Refugee Council is seeking a Full-Stack Developer to join the Global IT team in Copenhagen. You will develop, maintain, and support critical applications across the global IT landscape, spanning backend and frontend, with a focus on reliability, scalability, and security.
You will work across the full application lifecycle—from development to deployment and troubleshooting—driving improvements in performance and operational stability while aligning with cloud-native practices.

The Full-Stack Developer is responsible for developing, maintaining, and supporting business-critical applications across DRC’s global IT landscape. The role spans backend and frontend development and application support, ensuring that solutions are reliable, scalable, and aligned with modern cloud and security standards. Working closely with Business Process Owners, Infrastructure, Security, and other development teams, you will contribute to delivering robust applications that support DRC’s humanitarian mission.
To be successful in this role, you are a hands‑on developer with full‑stack capabilities and a solid understanding of modern application development practices. You are comfortable working across the full application life cycle – from development and deployment to troubleshooting and optimization – and you bring a proactive mindset to improving system reliability and performance.

Work location: Lyngbyvej 100, 2100 Copenhagen Ø, just by Ryparken Station
Start date: 01 October 2026
Salary and conditions will be in accordance with the agreement between DRC and the relevant union.
