Our software supports pilots, airlines, and flight departments around the world, delivering mission-critical tools for safe and efficient flight operations. As we continue to grow our presence in Europe, we’re building out our Denmark-based team to help design and build the interfaces pilots and operators rely on every day.

About The Role

We’re looking for a Front End Engineer to join our team in Denmark. You’ll build and improve the web and cross-platform interfaces that pilots, dispatchers, and flight operations teams use to plan and manage flights. You’ll work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to turn complex aviation data and workflows into fast, intuitive, and reliable user experiences.

What You’ll Do

• Design, build, and maintain responsive, high-performance web interfaces using modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks.
• Translate UX designs and product requirements into clean, reusable, and well-tested components.
• Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate with APIs and ensure data is presented accurately and efficiently.
• Partner with product managers and designers to shape new features from concept through delivery.
• Optimize application performance, accessibility, and cross-browser/device compatibility.
• Write unit and integration tests, and participate in code reviews to maintain a high-quality codebase.
• Contribute to the evolution of our front-end architecture, tooling, and component libraries.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, working with QA and support teams as needed.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of professional experience building front-end applications with JavaScript or TypeScript.
• Strong experience with a modern framework such as React, Vue, or Angular (React preferred).
• Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive/adaptive design principles.
• Experience consuming REST or GraphQL APIs and handling asynchronous data flows.
• Familiarity with front-end build tools and workflows (e.g., Webpack, Vite, npm/yarn).
• Experience writing automated tests (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, or Playwright).
• An eye for detail and a commitment to building polished, user-friendly interfaces.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Based in Denmark or willing to work from our Denmark location, with authorization to work in the EU.

Nice to Have

• Experience with mapping, geospatial, or data-visualization libraries (e.g., Mapbox, Leaflet, D3).
• Experience building for aviation, geospatial, or other safety-critical domains.
• Familiarity with mobile or cross-platform frameworks (e.g., React Native).
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP.
• Interest in aviation or flight operations.
