Job summary

MANGIA is seeking a passionate and reliable Chef / Pasta Maker to join our fresh pasta section on a seasonal basis from 1 November to the end of December, with the possibility of extending the contract. You will work in a busy festive period and contribute to our guests' enjoyment.

Responsibilities include preparing pasta dough and fillings, rolling pasta, shaping formats, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and hygiene. Prior fresh pasta experience is preferred but not essential.

Qualifications

• Previous fresh pasta making experience preferred.
• Interest in Italian cuisine and traditional techniques.

We are looking for a new team member to join our fresh pasta section at MANGIA.

MANGIA is well known for its delicious, house-made fresh pasta. With the busy festive season approaching, we are looking for a passionate and reliable Chef / Pasta Maker to join our team on a seasonal basis, from the 1st November until the end of December, with the possibility of extending the contract.

Your role will involve preparing pasta dough and a variety of fillings, rolling pasta, and shaping different pasta formats, ensuring the quality and consistency that our guests know and love.

Requirements

• Previous experience in fresh pasta making is preferred, but not essential.

• Basic knowledge of, or a genuine interest in, Italian cuisine and traditional pasta-making techniques.

• A strong sense of responsibility, attention to quality, and good hygiene practices.

• A reliable, proactive attitude and a strong work ethic.
