MASCOT is seeking an Internal Sales Assistant for the French market. Based at our headquarters in Pårup, Silkeborg, the role supports sales reps and customers across France and collaborates with teams in Denmark and Hanoi.

The ideal candidate brings customer service experience, fluency in French, strong English, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset to drive excellent service and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or internal sales, ideally in an international company.
• Fluency in French, both spoken and written.
• Strong command of English, both spoken and written.
• Structured, detail oriented, and able to maintain an overview in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, responsible, and able to take ownership of tasks.
• Collaborative in a multicultural team.

Responsibilities

• Provide telephone and email support to sales representatives and customers, primarily in the French market.
• Process and enter customer orders.
• Handle inquiries, returns, complaints, and warranty claims.
• Advise on products, services, and solutions.
• Support online platforms and digital services for customers and sales reps.
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments and locations to ensure efficient handling of requests.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and systems.
