Tessero seeks an experienced Freelance Process Consultant to support a major workplace transformation project in the København region. The role focuses on designing and documenting end-to-end processes to enable a smooth move into a new facility and a new operating model.

You will map current workflows, facilitate stakeholder workshops, and partner with the project team to ensure operational readiness and practical execution of proposed changes.

Qualifications

• Experience in mapping and documenting current manual processes.
• Proven ability to identify and improve business processes.
• Ability to design and document end-to-end processes.
• Experience with transformation, relocation, or operational excellence projects is advantageous.

We're currently looking for an experienced Freelance Process Consultant to support a major workplace transformation project.

About the Assignment

Our client is preparing to move into a new facility as part of Project Move In. This is more than a physical relocation; it is an opportunity to establish new ways of working, optimize operational processes, and prepare the organization for a future-state operating model.

The successful consultant will work closely with the project team and key stakeholders to identify, design, document, and implement end-to-end business processes that support a smooth transition into the new environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Map and document current manual processes
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and digitalization
• Define and design future-state operational processes
• Develop and maintain end-to-end (E2E) process documentation
• Support the transition to new ways of working
• Analyze how teams should operate in the new facility
• Identify operational and procurement requirements needed to support future processes
• Facilitate workshops and gather business requirements from stakeholders
• Work closely with the project team to ensure operational readiness ahead of move-in
• Ensure all processes are practical, documented, and ready for implementation

Required Experience

• Strong background in process mapping and process documentation
• Experience identifying and improving business processes
• Proven ability to design and document end-to-end processes
• Experience working with manual and operational workflows
• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
• Hands-on and pragmatic approach to problem solving
• Experience from transformation, relocation, or operational excellence projects is advantageous

Nice to Know

• No technical or IT implementation expertise required
• Change Management support is already in place through an internal resource
• The focus is on business processes, operations, and practical execution
