Job summary

Jobtailor seeks a senior AI deployment leader to partner with C-suite executives, framing strategic P&L objectives and turningAccelerator plans into deliverables within a 90-day window. The role requires owning real business outcomes through hands-on AI tool use and a deployment mindset.

You will map cross-functional use cases, decide build-versus-buy paths, and orchestrate AI investments while developing deployment playbooks for scalable quality.

Qualifications

• Four+ years in progressive, high-impact roles with AI focus.
• Applied AI deployment experience inside a business setting.
• Proven track record of measurable business outcomes and ownership of results.
• Hands-on fluency with modern AI tools and agents.
• Executive presence to work with C-suite and P&L owners.
• Structured thinking turning ambiguity into plans and delivery.
• Technical degree or equivalent; MBA or related experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner 1:1 with senior leaders to frame P&L context and turn the Accelerator into a 90-day plan they own.
• Map use cases across sales, product, marketing, and operations; make build-versus-buy calls; sequence AI investments.
• Build and run AI tooling and agent setups to support each leader before, during, and after the three days.
• Author the deployment playbook so the model maintains quality as new strategists join.
• Bring patterns from member work back into the product and our proprietary insight.
