Job summary

Oasis Wellness Oman in Copenhagen is seeking an experienced Formworker Supervisor to lead a team of formworkers on construction projects. You will oversee daily operations, ensure blueprints are followed, and coordinate with trades to keep projects on schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Formworker in the construction industry.
• Strong leadership skills with previous experience in a supervisory role preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans accurately.
• Knowledge of various formwork systems and techniques.
• Understanding of safety protocols and regulations in the construction industry.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Physical ability to perform duties including lifting heavy materials.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
