Formworker

Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled and hardworking Formworker to join our team in Aalborg. As a Formworker, you will be responsible for building and installing formwork structures, ensuring that they are strong, stable, and able to support concrete during construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and install formwork for various concrete structures such as walls, slabs, columns, beams, and stairs
• Read and interpret construction plans and blueprints to determine the layout and dimensions of formwork
• Measure and cut materials to the required size using hand or power tools
• Assemble the formwork according to specifications, ensuring it is properly braced and supported
• Install reinforcement bars and mesh in the formwork as per design requirements
• Pour concrete into the formwork and use various techniques to ensure it is evenly distributed
• Remove formwork after the concrete has dried and clean up any debris or excess material
• Repair or replace damaged or worn out formwork as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior experience in formwork construction is a plus but not required
• Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy materials
• Ability to read blueprints and construction plans
• Familiarity with hand tools such as saws, drills, hammers, etc.
• Knowledge of different types of formwork systems
• Attention to detail with strong measurement skills
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Valid work permit for Denmark (if non-EU)
