Job summary

ENABL A/S seeks a Documentation Specialist and FMEA Facilitator to lead S-, D-, and P-FMEA workshops and to drive high-quality technical documentation across the project lifecycle. You will coach teams, develop templates, and ensure risk reduction actions are owned and tracked, collaborating with engineers, project managers, and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering; risk management experience is a plus.
• Deep knowledge of FMEA and strong documentation skills.
• Ability to plan and facilitate workshops across diverse groups.
• Strong organisational, cross-department collaboration, and communication skills.
• Fluent in Danish with strong English skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan, facilitate, and document S-, D-, and P-FMEA workshops across the project lifecycle.
• Guide teams to identify hazard, failure modes, effects, controls, scoring and actions.
• Ensure ownership, due dates, and verification of risk-reduction actions.
• Create and manage standard templates, scoring guidelines, and checklists.
• Educate engineers, project managers, and suppliers in FMEA methods and tools.
• Develop training materials and onboarding/refresher sessions.
• Support projects by structuring and maintaining project documentation.
• Perform periodic FMEA quality audits and maturity reviews.
