Pleje Trafik ApS is seeking a dependable Fleet and Logistics Administrator to join our team. Based at our office, you will coordinate driver schedules, plan routes, and manage bookings to keep operations running smoothly.

You will serve as the primary contact for drivers, maintain digital logs and paperwork, and support a growing transport service with a professional office environment. Fluency in English or another language is valued.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational abilities to manage timetables and schedules.
• Fluent in English or another second language.
• Ability to work independently and keep tasks on track.
• Basic computer skills to handle online bookings and spreadsheets.
• Experience in office work or scheduling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage weekly driver schedules and rotations.
• Plan daily driving routes for punctual pickups and drops.
• Monitor bookings from municipal portals, regional systems, and clients.
• Serve as the main contact for drivers, handling updates and queries.
• Maintain digital records of vehicle logs, maintenance dates, and paperwork.
