Job summary

Singh Law is seeking an Operations Manager for KS-Service ApS, a growing road freight and transport company based in Birkerød, north of Copenhagen. You will plan, coordinate and develop our daily transport operations, and work with management on staffing and customer relations.

Your role includes leading drivers, planning routes, monitoring costs and ensuring compliance with driving and safety rules, while supporting continuous growth in a busy transport environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations, logistics or transport planning.
• Clear and motivating leader who can coordinate a team of drivers.
• Good understanding of costs, planning and operational targets.
• Structured, calm under pressure, service-minded and customer-focused.
• Able to communicate in English; Danish is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate daily transport and delivery operations.

Do you want to take responsibility for the daily operations of a growing transport company? KS-Service ApS is looking for a dedicated Operations Manager who can plan, coordinate and develop our daily transport and delivery operations, and who can contribute to the continued growth of the company.

KS-Service ApS is a road freight and transport company based in Birkerød, north of Copenhagen.

About the position

As Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the company's daily operations and work closely with the management on planning, staffing and customer relations.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Managing and coordinating the daily transport and delivery operations

Planning routes, schedules and the allocation of drivers and vehicles

Managing the drivers, including work schedules, follow-up and onboarding of new employees

Ensuring compliance with rules on driving and rest periods, vehicle safety and working environment

Following up on vehicle maintenance, inspections and fuel consumption

Handling contact with customers and partners and following up on delivery quality

Monitoring costs, efficiency and operational targets

Identifying opportunities for improvements and supporting the continued growth of KS-Service ApS

About you

We expect that you:

Have a relevant education within business, logistics or management

Have experience with operations, logistics or transport planning

Are a clear and motivating leader who can coordinate a team of drivers

Have a good understanding of costs, planning and operational targets

Work in a structured manner and remain calm during busy periods
