Family Assist is seeking an experienced Pastry Chef to join a fine dining restaurant in Aalborg, Denmark. You will create and prepare high-quality desserts and pastries that delight guests, and work with a fast-paced kitchen team.

You will develop new menu items, mentor junior pastry staff, manage pastry inventory, and maintain a clean, organized workstation. A culinary degree is preferred but not required, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.
• Knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail with a creative eye for design.
• Strong communication skills.
• Flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
