The role requires at least 2 years of pastry experience in a luxury setting, with a culinary degree preferred. You will lead the pastry team, train junior chefs, and collaborate on seasonal dessert offerings while maintaining strict cleanliness and safety standards.

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Pastry Chef to join our team at a high-end restaurant located in the beautiful city of Randers Denmark. As a Pastry Chef you will be responsible for creating and preparing delicious and visually appealing desserts and pastries that will leave a lasting impression on our guests.

Responsibilities

• Create and prepare a variety of desserts and pastries for our menu following recipes and presentation standards
• Ensure all pastries are prepared in a timely manner to meet the demands of the restaurant
• Oversee the pastry section of the kitchen including ordering ingredients maintaining inventory and ensuring proper food storage
• Train and supervise junior pastry chefs to maintain high quality standards
• Collaborate with other members of the kitchen team to create new dessert offerings for special occasions or seasonal menus
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the pastry section of the kitchen
• Adhere to all food safety regulations and standards

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Pastry Chef in a high-end restaurant or hotel setting
• Culinary degree or equivalent certification in pastry arts is preferred
• Strong knowledge of different baking techniques ingredients flavor combinations and plating skills
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills to effectively train junior chefs and collaborate with other team members
• A passion for creating unique and delicious desserts that will delight our guests

We are offering a competitive salary of 1400$ per month for this full-time position.
