Job summary

Deloitte Denmark is seeking a Transformation Manager to lead large-scale finance transformation programs, optimizing end-to-end finance processes to drive operational excellence and cost efficiency. You will partner with CXOs to design and implement technology-enabled solutions, manage project budgets, mentor consultants, and deliver value across order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, close and consolidation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• Experience in finance transformation and process excellence across GBS/Shared Services/BPO.
• Direct people management experience is required.
• Fluency in Danish is a big plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale transformation engagements for top clients.
• Advise on process re-engineering and optimization to support enterprise decisions.
• Lead technology solution design and implementation within budget and timelines.
• Engage with C-level executives to address strategic objectives.
• Drive business development, lead RFPs and proposals, and foster client relationships.
