Job summary

Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP) is seeking an Analyst to join the Finance Systems & Service Enablement team in Copenhagen, Denmark. You will support finance operations, map current processes, and help ensure that finance workflows are efficient and scalable across teams and platforms.

The role offers exposure to AI-enabled process optimization, data quality, and stakeholder management in an international environment, with development opportunities as the platform grows.

Qualifications

• 2nd or 3rd year BSc student in finance, accounting, business administration, economics, or related field.
• Highly structured and detail-oriented with ability to organize tasks and document decisions.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills for analysis and presenting findings.
• Comfortable working with data, spotting inconsistencies, and following up structuredly.

Responsibilities

• Support process optimization across finance operations, including mapping, issue analysis, and adoption tracking.
• Assist with stabilization and improvement of purchase-to-pay, payment management, and vendor data workflows.
• Contribute to AI-enabled process optimization by identifying use cases and structuring data inputs.
• Prepare analysis, coordinate testing, and document requirements for system/process enhancements.
• Create and maintain process documentation, user guides, and knowledge materials.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, IT, regional finance teams, and external providers to implement improvements.
