The role will also include exposure to how AI and automation can be applied responsibly to improve workflows, improve decision support, reduce manual effort, and build practical capabilities across finance operations, including how process changes are adopted, embedded, and sustained in day-to-day ways of working.
We are looking for a highly structured, organized, and analytical candidate with a well-regarded academic record who is a 2nd or 3rd year BSc student, or at a similar stage of a relevant degree in finance, accounting, business administration, economics, operations, information systems, or another relevant field.
You are able to bring order to complex tasks, keep track of open items, document decisions and dependencies clearly, and follow through in a disciplined manner. You are interested in finance processes, data quality, controls, operational execution, renewable energy infrastructure, and how process optimization, AI-enabled tools, and structured ways of working can support scalable finance operations and enhanced organizational capabilities.
The role offers good development opportunities through broad exposure to finance operations, business processes, systems, stakeholders, and improvement initiatives. While we expect a high level of engagement and ownership, the role is designed to be compatible with ongoing studies and to support continued development as the team and platform continue to grow.
