As our Finance Manager, NCA, you will be a key business partner to the Plant Manager, Sales Lead, and the finance team in Denmark. Reporting to the Finance Director, you will lead the financial activities of the business, ensuring strong financial performance, robust controls, and insightful decision support. You will play a critical role in driving operational efficiency, supporting strategic initiatives, and providing financial guidance that enables informed business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the preparation and analysis of monthly financial reports, budgets, and forecasts, providing clear insights into business performance.
  • Partner closely with operations and commercial teams to support strategic planning and improve profitability.
  • Monitor cash flow and working capital to ensure effective liquidity management.
  • Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Manage product costing and analyze Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), identifying opportunities for cost optimization and operational improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations, internal controls, and company policies.
  • Coordinate external audits and maintain strong relationships with auditors and other stakeholders.
  • Evaluate financial performance through KPI analysis, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Drive the implementation and enhancement of financial systems, processes, and reporting tools to improve efficiency and data quality.

Qualifications and Experience
  • A minimum of seven years' experience in finance management within a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cost accounting, and internal controls.
  • Experience with cash flow management, financial analysis, and business partnering.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, and the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet demanding deadlines.
  • Experience working with business systems such as ERP, CRM, Microsoft Teams, and other digital collaboration tools.
