Job summary

Kamstrup is seeking a Finance Business Partner to join our international finance team. You will partner with the Sourcing organization and play a central role in Controlling’s performance management, driving strategic insights that influence decisions.

You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and continuous performance follow-up, while steering monthly and year-end closings, reporting, and analyses. Collaboration and clear communication are essential to deliver value.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
2–3+ years in finance, controlling, or business partnering, preferably with SAP Analytics Cloud experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with solid data understanding.

Responsibilities

Partner with Sourcing leaders to provide insights and challenge assumptions.
Drive budgeting, forecasting, and continuous financial performance follow-up.
Lead monthly and year-end closing, reporting, and performance analyses.
Strengthen performance management frameworks and support process improvements.
Deliver transparent reporting and actionable recommendations for business decisions.
