Job summary

TP Aerospace in Copenhagen is seeking an analytical Finance Business Partner to drive data‑driven decision making across the commercial organization, transforming data into insights and challenging assumptions to support profitable growth.

Reporting directly to the Director of Business Finance & Investor Relations, you will be a trusted partner to senior stakeholders, gain autonomy to shape the role, and help develop tools that improve data transparency and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, HD, economics, or similar.
• 2-5 years of experience in Finance, Controlling, FP&A or similar analytical role.
• Strong Excel skills, including Power Query; PowerBI is an advantage.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Commercial Management to provide financial insights for operational decisions.
• Conduct business case evaluations and performance analyses (profitability, inventory, etc.).
• Support pricing decisions and investment evaluations.
• Own budget and forecasting workstreams; lead monthly reporting to senior stakeholders.
• Develop new analytical tools and improve data quality and transparency.

The role is based at our Copenhagen head office and revolves around driving better, more data driven decisions by combining strong financial analytical skills with technical understanding and a passion for improving data transparency and quality.

Your opportunity

Reporting directly to the Director of Business Finance & Investor Relations, you will act as a trusted business partner to our commercial organization. You will transform data into insights, challenge assumptions, and support decision-making that drives profitable growth.

This role offers significant exposure to senior stakeholders across the organization and the opportunity to influence both operational and strategic decisions.

You will join a small, ambitious Business Finance team and gain significant autonomy to shape and grow the role.

Your primary tasks will include

Business Partnering & Analysis

• Partner with Commercial Management and provide financial insights to support operational and tactical decision-making.
• Conduct business case evaluations and performance analyses related to for example profitability, pipeline development, share-of-wallet opportunities and inventory optimization.
• Support pricing decisions and investment evaluations.

Planning & Reporting

• Own dedicated workstreams within the annual budget and forecasting processes.
• Lead designated elements of the monthly management and board reporting cycle.
• Present financial performance and recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Continuous Improvement

• Develop new analytical tools and reporting solutions.
• Drive improvements in data quality and transparency across the organization.
• Support strategic initiatives and cross-functional projects.
• Contribute to the ongoing development of performance management processes.

Qualifications

• You have a bachelor’s degree in finance, HD, economics, or similar.
• 2-5 years of experience within Finance, Business Controlling, FP&A, Commercial Finance, Business Partnering, or a similar analytical role.
• You are a superuser in Excel, including Power Query; experience with PowerBI is an advantage.
• You have strong proficiency in the English language, both written and oral.
