UNDP in København seeks an experienced Finance Associate to support the People Programme operations within the Strategy, Management, and Operations division. You will ensure robust financial management, donor reporting, and data-driven decision support using Power BI and ERP systems.

• Seven years of progressive finance and accounting experience with a high school diploma, or four years with a bachelor's degree.
• Experience with computer and office software (MS Word, Excel), advanced spreadsheets, and ERP financial systems.
• Fluency in English is required.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure effective financial management of People Programmes with adherence to UNDP policies and internal controls.
• Reconcile donor accounts, prepare forecasts, and investigate financial anomalies.
• Review and approve invoices and purchase orders; manage supporting documentation.
• Develop and maintain BI/data analytics tools (Power BI) to improve reporting and decision-making.
• Organise training sessions and share best practices in financial management.
