Job summary

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled at university with insights into Accounting and Finance (HA, Finansbachelor, Cand.Merc. or similar). Bachelor's considered if pursuing a master.
• Familiar with accounting and bookkeeping.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Perform bookkeeping and journal entry postings across multiple group companies.
• Participate in and be responsible for various reconciliations of balance sheets accounts like banks, payables and receivables.
• Review, process, and post invoices across all entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal procedures.
• Perform month-end closing tasks including support in preparation of financial reports.
• Support in optimizing the administrative processes.
• Take care of other ad hoc tasks.
