Job summary

Novo Nordisk Pharmatech A/S in Denmark is seeking a Field Application Specialist who will be the primary face to customers and to the Sales and Marketing team.

You will provide scientific and technical support, troubleshoot with customers, and help develop opportunities while collaborating with R&D, QA, and commercial teams. A strong background in biology and bioprocessing is required.

Qualifications

• MSc or PhD in biology, cell biology or similar.
• At least 5 years’ experience with cell culture media and bioprocessing.
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Be the main customer-facing contact for NN Pharmatech products.
• Provide scientific and technical support and troubleshoot with customers.
