Claudie Pierlot in Copenhagen is seeking a Sales Assistant to be an ambassador of our brand values and to deliver a warm, knowledgeable welcome to every customer, while supporting ongoing turnover and in-store operations.

You will manage stock, assist with presentation, participate in openings and closings, and collaborate with teams to ensure an attractive, well-organized point of sale that reflects our Parisian chic.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail sales and customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Sales activity: contribute to turnover and achieve monthly targets, warmly welcome and assist customers, open/close the store.
• Merchandising: present products, set up operations and promotions, maintain an attractive sales area.
• Inventory: receive goods, label and stock items, report stock issues.
• Brand ambassador: represent politeness and courtesy to customers and colleagues.
• Administrative: liaise between store and partners (headquarters, suppliers, customers, security).
• HR Monitoring: assist in recruiting new staff.
