Qualifications

• Experience developing test strategies, test plans, and coordinating end-to-end business and integration testing.
• Experience with managing testing activities in large-scale SAP implementations (SAP EWM and/or SAP TM is a strong advantage).
• Strong coordination skills, with the ability to drive testing activities across site, external vendors, and internal teams.
• Self-driven and proactive approach to planning, execution, and issue resolution.
• Good stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Comfortable planning and running tests around a live 24/6 operation, including securing and protecting test windows so testing does not disrupt production.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive test strategy and detailed test plan for the remaining project lifecycle.
• Coordinate end-to-end testing across business, integration, and vendor teams for SAP S/4HANA with EWM/TM.
• Lead testing activities to ensure smooth migration to SAP S/4HANA and minimize production disruption.

emagine is looking for a Senior Test Manager with SAP experience, for one of our partners.
Summary:
The role of the Test Manager is crucial in ensuring the successful implementation of SAP S/4HANA solutions for logistics operations. The primary goal is to oversee the testing phases of the project, ensuring a smooth transition to the new systems while maintaining operational stability.
The project is a strategically important initiative for the logistics site in Sweden.
The objective is to replace existing external warehouse management systems with the clients new standard SAP S/4HANA solutions -> SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) and SAP TM (Transportation Management).
The project also includes the migration of existing sub-systems and processes to EWM and TM. As a result, a significant number of system integrations will be impacted and require thorough testing to ensure a stable and successful transition.
A wide range of stakeholders, both internal and external, will also be involved throughout the testing phases.
The project is currently in the development phase, which includes unit testing and, for some systems UAT.
At this stage, the clients prioritize is to establish a clear test strategy and detailed test plan for the remaining project lifecycle
Skills and Experience:
