Job summary

SynerData in Odense seeks a skilled Mason Supervisor to oversee a team of masons, plan and coordinate daily tasks, ensure timely project completion and maintain safety standards on site.

Ideal candidate has 3+ years in masonry or supervision, strong leadership, time management, and the ability to work physically on site. Danish language preferred though not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the work of masons to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Plan and schedule daily tasks for the mason team including materials and equipment needed.
• Monitor work progress, quality and safety standards to ensure compliance with company policies.
• Train new masons on proper techniques and procedures for various projects.
• Troubleshoot issues during construction and find solutions to keep the project on track.
• Communicate effectively with project managers and other team members to ensure smooth workflow.

We are in search of a skilled and experienced Mason Supervisor to oversee our team of masons in Odense As a Mason Supervisor you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of masonry work including planning organizing and supervising the construction process

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the work of masons to ensure timely completion of projects
• Plan and schedule daily tasks for the mason team including materials and equipment needed
• Monitor work progress quality and safety standards to ensure compliance with company policies
• Train new masons on proper techniques and procedures for various projects
• Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during construction and find solutions to keep the project on track
• Communicate effective with project managers and other team members to ensure smooth workflow

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Mason or in a similar supervisory role
• Extensive knowledge of different types of masonry materials tools and techniques
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Physical fitness as this job requires manual labor such as lifting heavy materials and standing for long periods of time
• Fluent in Danish is preferred but not required

Salary The salary for this position is 1400$ per month
